—Order, Family Court, New York County (Mary Bednar, J.), entered on or about February 26, 1999, which granted respondent’s motion to suppress physical evidence and dismissed the petition, unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs or disbursements, the motion denied and the petition reinstated.
