This is an original proceeding in mandamus involving the proposition of whether a probate court in this State has the jurisdiction to entertain a claim against the estate of an insane person for the support of a relative of such insane person where no such relationship exists between the two as to create a legal liability upon the insane person for the petitioner's support.
