Seitz, Chancellor:

Irénée duPont, Jr. and Crawford H. Greenewalt, the court-appointed guardians (“guardians”) under 12 Del.C. § 3914 of the property of Irénée duPont (“ward”), petitioned this court for authorization to make certain gifts of his assets to his children and grandchildren by way of an inter vivas trust. The court fixed a hearing thereon after notice to the ward’s children and to his grandchildren who were 18 years of age or older.
