This case is before this Court upon appeal of a final order of the Workers’ Compensation Board of Review (hereinafter, the “BOR”) 1 entered January 17, 2007. In that order, the BOR reversed the decisions of the Office of Judges (hereinafter, the “OOJ”) and the Workers’ Compensation Commission (hereinafter, the “Commission”) 2 which found the claim of the appellant, Jenny S.
