This proceeding is one to review the final decree entered in consolidated causes numbered 02420, 02535 and 02542 on the civil docket of the district court of San Juan County. Cause No. 02420 was a suit to quiet title in which Kutz Canon Oil and Gas Company and Kutz Canon Deep Test, Inc., both Colorado corporations, were plaintiffs and Paul W. Harr, Transcal Gas and Oil Corporation and others were defendants as the complaint was originally filed and in which Fred Feasel was later added as a defendant. In cause No. 02535, Joseph P.
