This is an action brought for the purpose of determining who is entitled to the landlord’s share of the proceeds of a wheat crop. The case was tried in the county court and in the district court for Adams county upon a stipulation of the following facts: Henriete Karoline Mischke held a life estate in a farm in Adams county. Her children were remaindermen.
