Before the Court are cross motions for summary judgment filed by Eugene I. Davis, as Litigation Trustee for the Quebe-cor World Litigation Trust (the “Plaintiff’ or “Trustee”) and All Points Packaging & Distribution, Inc. (the “Defendant” or “All Points”) in the above-captioned adversary proceeding. The Plaintiff claims that a certain transfer from Quebecor World (U.S.A.) Inc., et al.
