OPINION
PELANDER, Chief Judge.
¶ 1 Pursuant to a plea agreement, petitioner Cesar Francisco Rubiano was convicted of attempted sexual conduct with a minor, a class three dangerous crime against children. Thereafter, Rubiano sought post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 32, Ariz. R.Crim. P., 17 A.R.S., raising various claims. He argued the factual basis for the guilty plea was insufficient because, inter aha, there was no evidence of the corpus delicti independent of his admissions at the change-of-plea proceeding.
