Plaintiff, Gilbert Servio, appeals from orders of the circuit court of Cook County in an action against Paul Roberts Auto Sales, Inc. (Paul Roberts), and Chicago Acceptance Corporation (CAC) for damages arising from the sale, repossession and resale of a used automobile. For the following reasons, we dismiss the appeal as to all matters, except for an order granting defendants attorney fees, which we affirm.
The facts necessary to the disposition of this appeal are as follows.
