The plaintiff, Suburban Auto Rebuilders, Inc. (Suburban), appeals from orders of the circuit court (1) granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Associated Tile Dealers Warehouse, Inc. (Associated), on count IV of Suburban’s amended complaint and (2) denying Suburban’s motion for leave to file a second amended complaint seeking recovery for rents previously paid to Associated pursuant to a lease.
