MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER REGARDING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING PAYMENT IN FULL OF JUDGMENT

BENNETT, Chief Judge.

In this case, the court is called upon to determine whether defendants, MCI Worldcom (“MCI”), formerly known as MCI Telecommunications Corporation, and Tom Copple (“Copple”), properly withheld statutory deductions from an Offer of Judgment, pursuant to Rule 68 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, accepted by plaintiff, Mary Ann Longstreth (“Long-streth”).
