This is an appeal from a District Court determination denying relief on appellant’s complaint of discrimination based upon sex, lodged against the Physician’s Mutual Insurance Company. The complaint was originally filed with the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska Fair Employment Practice Act. §§ 48-1101 to 48-1125, R. R. S. 1943.
