—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, all class A-l felonies. We reject the contention of defendant that he was denied effective assistance of counsel. Defendant argues that the failure of his attorneys, who were admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, to be formally admitted pro hac vice deprived him of his right to counsel. We disagree.
