Plaintiff H. Daya International Co. Ltd. (“H. Daya”) brought this action against Do Denim LLC (“Do Denim”), Reward Jean LLC (“Reward Jean”), R. Siskind & Co., Inc. (“Siskind & Co.”), Salomon Murciano (“Murciano”), Vintage Apparel Group LLC (“Vintage Apparel”), Only Brands, Inc.
