Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“the EEOC” or “the Commission”) has brought suit against Defendants Bass Pro Outdoor World, LLC, and Tracker Marine, LLC (“Defendants” or “Bass Pro”), for violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Commission has alleged that Defendants are guilty of pervasive discrimination against minority applicants and employees.
