ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO REMAND

SINGAL, Chief Judge.

Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs 'Motion to Remand (Docket # 6). After reviewing the parties’ written submissions, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs Motion to Remand for the reasons explained below.

The issue in this diversity action is whether Plaintiff may avoid federal jurisdiction by limiting her claim for damages to less than the required amount in controversy under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a).
