MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the objection of Merchants Mutual Insurance Company (“Merchants Mutual”) to confirmation of the Chapter 13 plan of the debtors in the above-styled case, Nassib and Amal Kazzaz (the “debtors”). A hearing was convened on the confirmation of the debtors’ plan and on Merchants Mutual’s objection thereto on April 3, 1986, at the conclusion of which the Court made certain findings of fact and conclusions of law.
