This is an original habeas corpus proceeding brought by Carlos Newton Quinn, the relator, in the Supreme Court. So far as shown by this record the pertinent facts are as follows :
It seems that relator filed suit in the district court of Tar-rant county, Texas, against his wife, Darthula Bell Guinn, for a divorce. The wife answered this petition, and filed a cross action, also praying for divorce and for the care and custody of their two minor children.
