In this cause R. King Burton, a nonresident of Tennessee and a resident of San Angelo, Tom Green County, Texas, who was defendant in the lower court, appeals from a decree of the Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, entered in the Court of Hon. Robert A. Hoffmann, Chancellor, which sustained complainant’s suit as one for separate maintenance and holds defendant liable for alimony payments to complainant.
