This appeal arises from the accounting of the affairs of the dissolved Orland Humphrey Building Partnership (the partnership). Litigation commenced in 1987 when two of the partners, Chester Borys and Robert Scurio (plaintiffs), brought suit in the circuit court of Cook County against the third partner, William Rudd (defendant), seeking to enjoin defendant from acting as the sole manager of the partnership and seeking an accounting of the partnership business.
