This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Katie L. Wamsley’s appeal of the Commissioner’s August 4, 2008 decision denying her claim for Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Income pursuant to Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-34 and 1381-83.
