CASTLE, Senior Circuit Judge.
By this appeal Lawrence Chrysler Plymouth, Inc., plaintiff-appellant seeks a new trial on Count I of the amended complaint in its district court action against the defendants-appellees, Chrysler Corporation, Chrysler Motors Corporation and Chrysler Realty Corporation. Count I sought the recovery of damages predicated upon liability of the defendants under the Automobile Dealers’ Franchise Act (15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1221-1225).
