STORY, Circuit Justice.
This is a libel by material-men for materials supplied for the repairs of the bark Chusan. The bark belongs to the port of Marblehead, in Massachusetts, and the materials were supplied for her Repairs, while she lay in the port of New York. So that, in the sense of the maritime law, as recognized in this country, it is a case of supplies for a foreign ship lying within a port in a foreign jurisdiction, the different states of these United States being for this propose iheld foreign to each other.
