Plaintiffs have filed this class action for declaratory and injunctive relief on behalf of all persons whose applications for General Relief in San Diego County have been denied since August 25, 1976, or will be denied in the future. The defendants are the Director of the San Diego County Department of Public Welfare, the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer of the San Diego County Human Resources Agency, and the individual members of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.
