In an action for a declaratory judgment and for other relief, the appeal is (1) from an order dated November 1, 1957 granting a motion for summary judgment striking out appellants’ answer and denying appellants’ cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, (2) from the judgment entered thereon, and (3) from so much of an order dated November 18, 1957 granting appellants’ motion for reargument as adhered to the original decision.
