McCay, Judge.
Under f he judgment of the chancellor in this case the defendants in the bill were clearly in contempt of his order. He so finds, in terms, and declares that the possession ought to be restored, as it was when this bill was filed. The only question is whether it was competent for the court to take the method he did to enforce his judgment declaring they had violated the injunction. Ordinarily, the process of attachment for contempt is the mode of enforcing a judgment that an injunction has been violated: Code, sections 4218, 4216. But we do not see that this remedy is the only…
