These were three separate suits in equity brought in the Circuit Court of Tucker County — one by Osborn, one by II. II. Taylor, and the other by W. T. Stout — against Mrs. M. A. Glasscock, to subject to the payment of their several debts certain property named and described as her *751separate estate, namely, one portable steam saw-mill, and its accompaniments, and a tract of land of niuety eight acres, alleged to have been conveyed by lier to her sister-, in-law with intent to defraud her creditors.
