The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) appeals from an order staying summary suspension of Lawrence Macha’s late hours and mixed beverage permits for failure to pay tax deficiencies and instructing TABC to provide an administrative evi-dentiary hearing to determine such deficiencies.
