I. INTRODUCTION.

On February 22, 2011, James W. Boyd, Trustee for Second Chance Body Armor, Inc. (the “Trustee”) filed a Motion for Order Approving Settlement of Adversary Proceeding (the “Motion to Approve Settlement” or the “Motion”).
