This case arises from defendant United States Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (Immigration Services) initial denial of plaintiff Utah Life Real. Estate Group, LLC’s H-1B petition seeking to classify Amber Sheldon as an H-1B nonimmigrant. Utah Life filed a ■ lawsuit in this court seeking review of this denial.
