This is an appeal from a jury verdict imposing civil liability for alleged predatory pricing in violation of the antitrust laws. More specifically, appellants Rule Industries, Inc. (“Rule”) and Tie Down Engineering, Inc. (“Tie Down”), defendants below, appeal the district court’s denial of their motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict on claims by U.S. Anchor Manufacturing, Inc.
