This is an action in assumpsit and trespass for breach of contract and tortious interference with contract. The matter is before us on defendant’s preliminary objection raising: (1) lack of in personam jurisdiction, (2) improper service, (3) misjoinder of defendants, (4) de*473murrers, and (5) for more specific pleadings. The demurrers are based on (a) statute of limitations, (b) statute of frauds, (c) res judicata or collateral estoppel, as well as (d) failure to state a good cause of action.
