Plaintiffs have filed suit seeking to enjoin the Borough of Bridgewater from complying with the terms of an agreement entered into between the borough and Mark J. Peluso and David Peluso. Plaintiffs allege that the agreement compels the borough to perform various acts which are not authorized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that the agreement is therefore illegal.
