This appeal follows the January 25, 2006 decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission) affirming the February 1, 2005 opinion of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) with respect to the findings that appellant Tony Long failed to establish by a preponderance of the credible evidence that he sustained a new injury to his back as a result of lifting a television while working for appellee Wal-Mart on September 2, 2003, and that he failed to proffer the necessary medical evidence supported by objective findings that he had sustained a new injury.…
