Peter Vincent and his wife executed three promissory notes, all dated February 4,1927, and each for the principal sum of $500, due three years after date with interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum and payable semiannually on August 4 and February 4 of each year. Bach of the notes contained an acceleration provision as follows:
“It is further expressely agreed, that, if default be made in the payment of any one of the installments of interest aforesaid, at the time and place aforesaid, when and where the same becomes due and payable, and such default shall continue for ten days after…
