On March 28th, 1916, the clerk of the circuit court in and for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida for Duval County, issued the writ required by Section 3951 of the General Statutes, which is in the words and figures as follows:

“To E. E. West and W. J. Hildebrant, sureties: You *347are hereby notified that George W, Russell, who gave bond in the sum of two thousand dollars, upon which you are sureties, to appear at the February Term A. D. 1916, of the Criminal Court of Duval County to answer a charge of having carnal intercourse with an unmarried female under eighteen…
