REBECA HUDDLE, Justice.
Michael Wayne Cantu appeals a conviction for murder. See Tex. Penal Code § 19.02(b)(1) (West 2011). A jury found him guilty and assessed his punishment at forty-eight years in prison. On appeal, Cantu raises three complaints: (1) the trial judge erred by overruling his objection to the State’s improper comment on Cantu’s failure to testify; (2) the evidence presented at trial was legally insufficient to support a guilty verdict because the State failed to prove that Cantu intentionally or knowingly caused the victim’s death; and (3) the trial court erred by…
