This was an action by the appellant against the appellees.

Issue, trial by the court, finding and judgment for the *204defendants, a motion for a new trial on behalf of the plaintiff having been overruled, and exception taken. As no question is made upon the pleadings, it will be unnecessary to notice them specially. The question presented is, whether the finding was justified by the evidence.
