Adolph H. Winheim was sole proprietor and operator of Planetary Chemical Company. He processed chemicals and produced chemical mixtures. Some processes were beyond the facilities of his plant. For ■one of these he relied on Thompson Chemicals Corporation. Its president was William T. Thompson. Winheim and Thompson orally agreed that Winheim would deliver to Thompson’s company quantities of ¡acid and alcohol which that company would process for him.
