MAC Panel Co. (MAC) appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia holding that MAC infringes U.S. Patent 4,329,005, owned by Virginia Panel Corp. (VP). See Virginia Panel Corp. v. Mac Panel Co., 887 F.Supp. 880 (W.D.Va.1995) (Virginia Panel I).
