Shaffer v. Regions Financial Corp.

Raymond L. Shaffer appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Regions Financial Corporation (“Regions”). We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.

Procedural History

On March 2, 2005, Shaffer sued Regions, alleging breach of contract, fraudulent suppression, and fraudulent misrepresentation and seeking specific performance of a contract arising out of Shaffer’s employment with Regions.
