WARING, District Judge.

This case was instituted by The Texas Company and Richard L. Saunders as Trustee, by a bill of interpleader as authorized by Title 28 U.S.C.A. § 41 (26), and relates to the disposition of certain interests and rights in a number of shares of the capital stock of the plaintiff, The Texas Company. One of the defendants is Mary Mercer Xavier (also known as Mary E. Xavier), who is the divorced wife of Norman F. Xavier. The other defendant is Ella B. Xavier, the widow of Norman F.
