Louis A. Miele, Jr. appeals the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County affirming the suspension by the Department of Transportation of his motor vehicle operator’s license for six months for refusal to comply with a police officer’s request to submit to a breathalyzer test. Section 1547(b)(1)-(i) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa. C. S. §1547(b)(l)(i). We affirm.
