{¶ 1} This is an accelerated calendar appeal submitted on the briefs of the parties. This appeal arises from a contract to purchase a home that appellants, Michael Byers and Boonna Byers, entered into with appellees, Blaine and Janet Kaufman. Appellants appeal from a final judgment of the Chardon Municipal Court denying their counterclaim and awarding judgment and damages in favor of appellees. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the judgment of the municipal court.
