1. — This is a suit by the appellee against the appellant to recover upon an insurance policy for the loss by fire of certain personal property. Trial by jury resulted in a verdict for appellee in the sum of $2,500. From a judgment on the verdict the appellant has appealed, and in its brief states as the first error relied on that the appellee’s complaint does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action.
