DURHAM, Justice:

This case is a consolidation of appeals of defendants Asipeli Mohi, Phillip Daniel Lundquist, and Daniel Rodrigo Chaides from interlocutory orders of the Third Judicial District and Fourth Judicial Circuit Courts. Defendants challenge the constitutionality of portions of Utah’s Juvenile Courts Act (the Act).1 In all three cases, the trial courts *994below denied defendants’ motions that the trial courts rule portions of the Act unconstitutional.
