— Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Conway, J.), entered May 13, 1983 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul respondents’ determinations approving and funding the construction of a professional baseball stadium. Petitioners consist of the eight surviving members of a religious sect known as the “Shakers”.
