By CARTER, J.

Complaint is first made that the verdict and judgment heretofore rendered is contrary to and against the greater and decided weight of the evidence and is not sustained by sufficient evidence and is contrary to law. We will later on dispose of this claimed error. The second error of which complaint is made is that the court erred in rejecting evidence tendered by the defendant.
