Presently before this Court is the dispo sition of two motions to dismiss 2 Peter Kovalchick’s adversary action against Judge Cyrus P. Dolbin, R/S Financial Corp., Robert J. Rosenstein, Miriam Smalls, Richard A. Sprague, and the law firm of Sprague and Sprague.
BACKGROUND
Kovalchiek filed the instant adversary entitled Motion For Injunctive Relief (Doc. Nos. 1 and 3) against the Defendants on December 8, 2005, which included various 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims against Judge Dolbin, and various tort claims against the remaining Defendants.
