On July 27, 2010, Plaintiff William Nolde filed an eleven-count Amended Complaint, alleging that Defendants convinced him to enter into a “loan for home repairs” that was actually “an outright sale of his house to Defendants, who then used his equity to funnel tens of thousands of dollars to themselves.” (Case No. 10-3128, Doc.
